My enquiry was answered promptly and politely. I had a phone call to tell me when the engineer would visit. He came exactly on time and was very understanding, helpful and thorough. The repair was completed quickly and successfully. I am so grateful, and will not hesitate to use NAC in the event of any future problems with appliances.
