I just recently used NAC for a cooker hood repair. Communication in the first instance was very good with their call centre. I had to initially reschedule the first appointment but this was handled conveniently via text message. Daniel the engineer came out to look at the hood and everything was in fact in working order however he did advise I needed a new set of grills. A second appointment was made and unfortunately the new grills did not fit but on a third appointment this was all rectified and the new grills were installed with no issue. Can’t really fault the service I received. Daniel was very friendly, polite and always arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

Having had difficulty in finding a Daewoo freezer engineer, this company helped immediately. Mark, the engineer was polite, efficient and ordered part required.
Within 5days (2 of which were weekend) the part was fitted and have a very happy customer.

Very impressive service. Bart took the time to explain how to put together the grill on my cooker, which had become detached from the oven. He also took a video on my pad in case it happened again and I couldn’t remember how to do it. Very pleased.

In spite of the pressure of numerous calls after I explained that we were an elderly couple who needed immediate attention to our gas cooker the receptionist found an appointment for us the following day. The engineer arrived as promised and did an excellent job of restoring the door of the cooker for use. He was helpful and courteous and we would no hesitate to contact your company if we have any further trouble.

The engineer was able to call on us and to repair our gas hob quickly. Was on time, courteous and explained what he was doing to me. A good job, dealt with quickly and very efficiently and we will use the company again, if needed.
