It was easy to book by telephone and the appointment was made for the next day. It was confirmed by email. The engineer arrived on time and was able to fix the problem promptly. He gave every impression of being an expert in his field. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.
Repair was as Technician stated & as such, he was able to repair our AEG washer/dryer on the spot as requested

The website is excellent, clear and informative. I contacted them late afternoon and an engineer arrived the next morning. Now my washing machine is 15 years old, an integrated Neff to replace it would be over £1000.00… also I would be doing an engineer out of a job if it could be repaired….NAC came up trumps. They organised an engineer from Domestic Appliance Repairs to visit, an extremely likeable soul, to my amazement he managed to repair it. …He also found a leak in the door seal, which I knew nothing about and replaced it. The machine is now working perfectly and it has saved me so much money, especially as call out charges are so reasonable, for which I am truly grateful. Therefore I would thoroughly recommend this company for its excellent service.
Everything about NAC was prompt and efficient. My initial call was answered immediately and the engineer was out next day to look at the problem. Communication was first class, the engineer arrived promptly, carried out the task and advised next steps. Parts were needed, I was given a realistic timescale for when they might arrive and the job could be completed. Communication was again spot on and there was just a few days wait for the parts to arrive and a new appointment confirmed. Again the engineer arrived at the time agreed and carried out the repair efficiently at a reasonable cost. Everything one could hope for in a cooker repair.

Perfect service to fix my Bosch washing machine problem. Booked for it via website and I was immediately and politely contacted the day after. We agreed on day and time. The technical guy came perfectly on time and fixed the problem straight away. Very polite and friendly relationship too
