Brilliant customer service. Booked my appointment late at night, was rung at 8:30 the next morning. Engineer arrived within the timeframe given and the price was exactly what I’d been estimated. Engineer very knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards.

Efficient helpful telephone service from the Stockport branch . They weren’t able to send out someone to repair our oven right away – but we needed an engineer familiar with Rangemaster- and we certainly got one – so it was worth a few days wait. The company made it clear what the standard callout and labor charge would be in advance – and the only extras would be for spares – which helps to know . Nathan the engineer was great . Unfortunately , the cooker was beyond repair , as the fire had burnt through all the wiring .But he did his best , and most importantly he had written a full report within two hours , which we could use right away to make our insurance claim!Great efficient service all round from everyone concerned . Excellent service engineer to fix Neff sliding oven door. Diagnosed problem and arranged supply of spares. Unfortunately as these are rather specialised and unusual it took some time to source them. Kept informed and job finished when eventually available. Excellent firm prepared to work at and solve a problem.

I was regularly kept updated both about the cost and the Engineer’s two visits. A key point to mention is that the upfront cost includes the second visit to carry out the repair (excluding parts). Knowledgeable, pleasant Engineer and upfront costs. Brilliant service and can’t recommend NAC highly enough.
