The engineer was very polite. He was late due to an accident on the motorway so it wasn’t his fault. My fault was simple to repair so he showed me what to do if it happened again.

Unable to fix but gave great advice during a time when others could’ve used the opportunity to make more money with revisits. Would highly recommend.
