Customer service were very helpful, appointment was made for few days time. Nick the engineer was an absolute star, phoned to say he would be 25mins, which he was, fixed the problem, and was a lovely chap. Would definitely recommend this company.
We received a time and date and the engineer was spot on time. Found the fault and talked us through the repair.
We were having issues with our dishwasher not draining properly, so it couldn’t complete a wash either.
It was really easy to arrange a repair with NAC and they sent someone within 24 hours.
Guys who came out was really friendly and managed to sort the problem. There’s also the reassurance that if the same problem occurs in the next 3 months, they’ll come out with no extra charge.

Definately a fast quick service. Just waiting for the part and hopefully it works. The engineer nick was very polite. Just what it says on website no hidden fees. Service call out charge roughly £80. So they check the problem then nxt time when they come fix it there no other call out charge
Engineer was experienced, knew what he was doing and solved the problem
Friendly , proficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend this company.
