Appointment sorted really quickly. The engineer arrived on time, sorted the problem quickly and was a really nice guy as well.
Punctuality, promptness and attention to details. The engineer checked the appliance and communicated his findings. He felt that the appliance was working satisfactorily. He assured me that if there was any fault apparent after he left, we could contact you and he would return to recheck it.
Just a call out to check problem was terminal. Arrived as scheduled. Made as many checks as possible and confirmed spares not available.
