After over a period of not daring to put things in it the workman removed the drawers, we could’nt, and removed a load of ice from freezer and its now working beautyfully. We will in future make sure it is always closed properly and thank you for not giving us a deserved lecture.

I made an appointment to repair my dishwasher over the phone for the following day and was advise that the engineer would contact me to arrange a time . A couple of hours later the engineer Davey phoned to say he could visit that day . A short time after he arrived found the fault and fixed it. Very impressed.
