Spot on easy no fuss repair. Jack, their contracted partner was all round superb. Arrived when he said he would, checked the machine out and then ordered the parts. Was clean in his communication on what was happening, when he would be back round with the new part to fit it, and sorted the machine with no hassle.

My call to NAC was answered promptly and politely by Connor. He booked me in for the following day, explained the call out and labour charges and said I would receive a communication from the engineer giving me the ETA. All went according to plan and the engineers from KTech arrived on time and within fifteen minutes had replaced the oven element. It is SO refreshing to have such a pleasant, fuss free experience. Thank you all. I highly recommend NAC.
