Excellent service and advice for more efficient use of my Miele washerdryer.

Firstly the NAC repair man let me know when he would arrive, then got straight on with the job – finding out what had stopped my washing machine working.
On his second visit, the same, and he’d brought the new pump, and fitted it straightaway, then tested it. I have no complaints, the service was exactly what I’d hoped for!
