Josh was very helpful and explained that we needed to use a high temperature wash at least once a month to remove build up of residue detergent in the washing machine.
Supplied samples of detergent cleaner to use in the machine once a month .

Excellent service from start to finish. The Engineer came reviewed the issue on our combination oven/microwave. He explained exactly what the problem was. He did his best to fix it but we required new parts. He sent the list of parts that were required to the company and within an hour a quotation was received. we accepted and another appointment was made.
