The man who came to fix our oven was knowledgeable, professional and quick. I was very pleased with the service.

Had a problem with my Hisense Fridge Freezer not cooling, Steve Clark arrived to have a look, he advised me of my options, I decided to go ahead with the repair, he ordered the part two days ago and replaced it this morning, the freezer and fridge are now cooling as they should. It’s hard to know who to trust when dealing with repairs but Steve was Knowledgeable, friendly, and nothing was ever a problem. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend!

A reliable booking system based on convenience of the customer. I had the door hinges of my Fridge/Freezer reversed for ease of access. Very happy with this. Will definately use them for any future repairs.

You know how its always awkward to find a tradesman? NAC took the hassle out of it, with several dates bookable online and no chasing up unanswered telephone calls.

The only small niggle was that I had to pay by credit card and it would have been better for me to use bank transfer, for tax reasons. However, no biggie.

It is always difficult to find repairers for domestic appliances, but this company it absolutely top class. Their communication with the customer is superb and the service engineers who called (2 occasions 1 on each) were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will use this company again without hesitation.

Very good service from initial telephone call to keeping me updated on time of engineer also gave me a 2 hour window instead of some time during the day or you have to wait in all morning or all afternoon! Also came the next day as my only day off. Was promised by another company but then told couldn’t make it,it would be in 5 days time & not on my day off😡 the engineer very honest & polite was fixed within 10 mins so happy days & thank you.

Th engineer gave the fridge a severe going over and said it’s not worth repairing. Very good fee as well.
