Very pleasant lady on the phone & appointment organised to suit us!

From my first contact with NAC they were very efficient and friendly in their approach. All their contacts with me were on time, including the arrival of the engineer.
The job was done and every thing was explained to me.

The engineer was right to the point about repair he answered my questions really well, he was very professional and polite while fixing my appliance would definitely recommend the company to my friends and family. They were polite on the phone, plus they send you an appointment by txt to respond yes or no if appointment is suitable or not but overall excellent service.

I phoned for help to repair my cooker.
A human voice answered almost immediately. An appt was made for the next day and the engineer was efficient and cheerful. Call out was £101 which I thought a lot.
The fault was quickly identified and a new element ordered. Another £45
The part took over a week to arrive, another couple of days to fit.
The service was expensive but very efficient

Polite and helpful

I found this company via a Google search. Robert the engineer found the problem in the washing machine very quickly on the 10th September arranged for the parts through head office. A week later on the 16th September the part was fitted, again very quickly and the machine was successfully repaired. I have to say that Robert the engineer was excellent it was a pity that head office took so long in supplying the required part.

Yvonne was very helpful and polite and I appreciate the assistance. Thank you
