The overall team were great, once the parts had arrived, just a little later than mentioned. It would have been helpful, if the lead time for parts isn’t likely to be 3-5 days, to say that and give a slightly more realistic timeframe. Then, the customer doesn’t get frustrated and needs to be chase before that time. Internally then we can manage the teams’ expectations re: the fix.
