I made a call to find out about a dishwasher repair and Yvonne was very helpful getting it booked in and giving details. Repair booked in for a couple of days time so hopefully that will be as good!
I have a leaking problem with my washing machine, decided to ring NAC to discuss the problem, spoke to Kate who took my details, said that this would be something that they could help me with, then informed me that an engineer would contact me to discuss the problem further. The call out and labour fee was totally acceptable. I will continue this review when the engineer has completed the work.
