Quick response to email, even though it was a Sunday night! Next day phone call with a time of visit from engineer. Told up front of replacement cost and then confirmed date of further eta of engineer. I cannot fault the service of my contract with this company. The engineer was always on time, pleasant and respectful of my home. I will definitely be using them again. Huge thankyou to Nathan for excellent service.

Gary arrived and explained what he was going to do – most unusual. Despite conducting a number of tests and checks he could not replicate the leak so actually was not able to do anything and left after about an hour. I have further continued to run the machine in the way that evidenced the leak in the past to no avail. An expensive waste of time and money but it had to be done. At 77 and mobility challenged because of my own ‘pump’ problems, lifting and humping washing machines and dishwashers around the kitchen is not something I can undertake any more. No doubt at some stage in the future, when the conditions are right and the leak comes back I will definitely call on NAC again.
