Harry, the engineer, arrived the next day; diagnosed and fixed the problem, so that we could use the device; pulled out the range from the wall … a previous engineer told us this wasn’t possible … ran a full service and safety check and ordered a new door seal and drawer wheel. These parts were fitted within two weeks at no additional labour costs. I now have an ancient but very efficient range.

Found NAC repair from internet search.website was clear, easy to understand. Booked a slot on a date I could do. Had the option to pay after the visit. Had an opportunity to give details of the fault. As per their instructions got a message the evening before with a time slot. Confirmed this. Got another message 30mins before their arrival on the day. Engineer arrived.
Went through Dishwasher problem with the engineer. He had a look and problem sorted. He gave advice. Payed and advised if further problems to re contact.
The whole process was seamless and I would definitely use this service again.
