I have moved to the West Midlands, unsure of best local repair services I happened upon NAC in doing my due diligence. Yvonne, the first person I’ve encountered could not be more reassuring that I was in the right place. She quickly took on board the challenges posed by my 20+ year old large fridge freezer and booked me an appointment for tomorrow. The pricing seemed reasonable and transparent. If the repair person is as good as Yvonne I know exactly where to come for the inevitable breakdown of my next appliance.

Very friendly and easy to speak to. The engineer was prompt and polite and explained what was wrong with my drier. He then gave me a quote and came back 2 days later to repair it. Would definitely recommend them as I would use them again.
