He performed his duties in quick but thorough manner and was very informative.
I thought my old Miele washing machine was at the end of its life but Faisal sent from Excel Repairs Ltd diagnosed the problem very quickly. It was a build up of residue ( over a lot of years) in a place I couldn’t clean but he gave me some tips to help keep this inner pipework clear for longer .

Quick attendance and useful advice to avoid future problems
The problem was traced to a small bit of fluff which was stopping the dishwasher working and it is now working fine again- a really pleasant guy who gave me confidence that he had found the problem which another man a few weeks ago from another company had failed to find or fix- will certainly use this company again
This is the appliance repair company we’ve been looking for for years! Old but very expensive range cooker required a new oven fan. Engineer attended within a day of booking, identified the required part, went away, ordered it, and was back within 3 working days to fit it. His communication was excellent, his manner friendly, informative, and highly professional, and the 2 visits were all within the price originally quoted which was very reasonable and has saved us the enormous cost of a new cooker. Highly recommended.
