All credit to Robert, the engineer who fixed my oven. He was friendly, efficient and skilled and took the time to clearly explain everything despite his busy schedule. If all the NAC engineers are like Robert, then they’ll be a lucky company with happy customers!

First visit and many faults found, really nice guy explained to me what had to be replaced on my cooker and that the parts needed to be ordered, he said l would get a price within the hour for the parts, which l did. I agreed to the price and a date was arranged for the repair, same guy returned and did great job fixing cooker, showed me everything working and faulty parts. Left kitchen clean and tidy .
