Called on the Wednesday they attended in the Friday and other than a slight hiccup by Matt of the admin team, prior to the visit (they hadn’t read the full notes unfortunately) the repairer (Florin) was excellent in his approach, professionalism, friendliness and excellent knowledge of our issue with the ice maker on our Hi-Sense American style Fridge Freezer (a common and potentially expensive defect apparently), not only did he diagnose the issue, he also managed (with some persistence) to fix the issue too, highly recommended overall, especially Florin and the initial Customer Service lady! (Maria) 👍🏻😁
Engineer turned up on time. Repaired our fridge freezer and gave advice how to avoid the problem again.
