A quiet pop sound, oven fails mid cooking and all the lights go out. Days from a large family reunion, this spikes on the stress-ometer. However, the response from NAC was reassuringly prompt, supportive and professional. Communication was timely and helpful and the engineer was very polite and competent. The whole process was painless, including the cost, and NAC is now on our Go-To list.

I own a 10-yr-old John Lewis double oven in which the lower oven tripped the fuse when I switched it on. I contacted John Lewis who put me in touch with an electrician who came out and fixed it. The total cost with a new element was only 10% of the cost of a new oven, so I’m absolutely delighted. I was given notice about when the electrician would arrive. He arrived within the time slot and got straight down to fixing it. No more than 15 minutes total. Fabulous.

I had an engineer visit to repair my Wine Chiller. On the first visit, the Wine Chiller could not be repaired because of some faulty parts, but when he came for the second visit, he fixed it and put it back on. The part is still partially faulty. I cannot change the temperature from 5 degrees, but this is the temperature I only wanted.
