Quick call out time. Engineer spent a few hours and came up with the best solution which was to use some cement stuff to glue the latch back in place. Had to wait 24 hours before we could use the oven so it could set but its working as if brand new. Very friendly engineer aswell.
I called today to enquire about an issue with our freezer. Yvonne was reassuring and knowledgable and arranged an engineer to visit tomorrow. Just waiting for a call back to arrange a time now. Many thanks.
