I was in need of a quick repair to my washing machine. NAC went above and beyond to find an engineer to fix the issue. It was very quick and although a lot of money, still cheaper than a new machine. I would definitely go to them again if needed.
Our repairer was very good and the service was excellent at a very reasonable price.
The service we received for repair of fridge freezer was straight forward and efficient from booking to completion of the job. The engineer was polite, friendly and very helpful. This is the 1st time we have used this company for repairs but will certainly use again in the future if needed.

Excellent service & fast repair of my washing machine
The whole process of getting my dishwasher repaired was handled efficiently and professionally. The automated booking system was easy to use and it was great to have a choice of dates. Costs were pre-agreed with no hidden extras. The engineer turned up on time and was really polite and explained what was wrong with my dishwasher. After he fixed it and got it running again, he even left me with some free dishwasher cleaning products so I can keep the appliance in good condition. Would highly recommend.
