In all my years of dealing with tradespeople none have come up to the standard of service I received from NAC. Both the customer advisor and the engineer were both efficient and professional in every aspect of sorting my old fridge out. The engineer kept me aware every time he was to visit so I could be in to receive him and he carried out the installation of my new fridge in a most presentable and efficient manner. He tried to save my old fridge (35 years old) but no parts were available . He even took the old one out and placed it outside for the bin men to take .To sum up my experience of NAC is a company that can be trusted, relied upon to give the necessary expertise in sorting out or repairing your white goods in every courteous way. Very good service overall, maybe not the cheapest, but I’ve never been a person to believe that cheap is the main priority, quality costs money… the engineer I believe his name was Taylor was most thorough in his work, and he was quite young, mid twenties at most,a rare combination nowadays, best of luck to him

NAC were a pleasure to work with…
An early appointment was made, after which I had communication on line with someone/thing which assured me it was a virtual assistant -it too seemed to be efficient. Dylan arrived within the stated time. Sadly he was unable to fix our oven as Bosch, whom he contacted direct, said they no longer supplied the parts – these being tiny fixtures to hold the racks secure. At our suggestion, he then made it possible for us to continue to use the large oven at least for a temporary spell.
