Prices made clear, and upon arrival, Donovan sorted the problem with fridge freezer straight away and explained what we needed to do next. He also explained something very useful which was the cost of further repairs if the electrical system failed, comparing it to the price of a brand new fridge freezer. Knowledgeable, arrived exactly when he said he would, kept me updated with ETA, friendly and got the job done. Would highly recommend, if you have run out of options with a fridge feeezer that keeps freezing over!

American style fridge freezer faulty, arranged engineer, identified problem, bypassed the faulty part temporarily (it was the frost-free heater inside fridge), sent part quote through, paid online and once part arrived NAC arranged engineer to revisit, fit part and fix problem. All done with spot on communications and at a fair price.

The engineer arrived on time and whilst the washing machine was built in and the surrounding framework had swollen due to a long standing leak, he managed to get it out.
It was a new property to me and quickly found the hole in the hose and replaced it.
