I was very happy with the process of booking, the communication, payment process and the engineer who came. Smooth and efficient and I felt confident that I wasn’t being overcharged. The engineer was friendly, got on with the job and didn’t feel the need to patronise me 👍
A friendly, prompt and honest engineer. Could have charged us a few hundred quid to fix our dishwasher but, honestly, after giving it a full examination, advised us to replace it instead. Would happily use this company again.
I contacted NAC and provided the information regarding the issue with my Rangemaster cooker and was given a quotation and a date for the engineer to call. Perfect service.

Friendly and understanding
So far so good, Taylor attended my address, he was polite and informative explaining what where and when whilst stripping down my double oven, he identified the faults and I got a quote an hour later! Just waiting for them to return with the parts and get the oven working!

Our washing machine started leaking with no obvious source. NAC sent an engineer the next day who located a faulty hose. A replacement was installed the next week but then another leak was discovered. The faulty parts were again installed the week after and now we have a working machine.
What could have been a frustrating process with a couple of repeat visits was made completely manageable by the honest and open communication of the engineer. The lack of additional labour costs were a nice surprise too!
I was very impressed with the whole service, would recommend, and would use again myself.
