The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. We discussed the problems with my washing machine and quickly made arrangements for a service engineer make a home visit the next day to my relief.

The booking process was really easy, I was kept informed throughout in respect of arrival times, the engineer arrived on time and fixed the problem within 10 minutes.
Becky was very helpful. She explained to me company procedures and charges, she also tried to accommodate the repair in my free time so I don’t need to lose work , very professional and polite.
