the engineer arrived when he said that he would, and was really quick to diagnose the problem. it took all of 10 minutes and the appliance has been running like a dream ever since. thank you

The entire process was booked on line. Very easy website. Times and dates confirmed promptly. The engineer arrived at the specified time and was very professional and pleasant. He completed the job and we paid by bank transfer. A receipt was instantly emailed to us. If people are reluctant to use the internet, then a telephone booking system is in place.
