My fridge freezer started making noises . Contacted NAC who arranged for a visit the next working day . They arrived on time , were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and left leaving everything as they found it . Would highly recommend

Harry the young man that came here to repair my oven door, to start with was very polite and considerate. It turned out that there was more to our repair than either of us thought which took him longer than we thought it would. After approximately two hours all was fixed and usable once again. It must have been frustrating for him, but he left us as pleasant as when he arrived. I would recommend NAC 100% for their ability and consideration for their customers. Thank you Harry of NAC and the company you work for.

First call to book an engineer. Charlotte answered the phone immediately (much better than the usual recorded message and no call back), bright, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Texts in confirmation within seconds. Fingers crossed that the actual service provided is as positive as the 1st contact!

Whilst reviewing the options for out of warranty technicians provided by the manufacturer (of which neither covered my area), I saw NAC with strong reviews on Trustpilot. Super easy website navigation and was able to get same day service which was unexpected! The technician turned up within the appointment window and, whilst unable to reproduce the reported issue at first, continued to troubleshoot and perform various diagnostics to uncover the issue. In the end, everything was satisfactorily resolved and our dryer is working normally again.

We had a problem with our NEFF oven just before our daughter’s wedding – nightmare scenario as I was cooking for over 50 people.
The problem was that the oven was tripping the circuit breaker each time it was switched on. We contacted NAC who sent out an engineer quickly. Dan quickly identified the problem, but unfortunately was unable to do the repair immediately as he needed to order the parts.
Although this meant that repair was not completed before the big day (fortunately a friend offered us the use of their oven which saved the day), Dan was able to return and replace both oven elements which were causing the problem. Great service, Great communication and the job was completed professionally with no issues. Thank you!
