Was very friendly and professional asked relevant questions and quickly arranged for an engineer to come out regarding the repair she explained everything how initial payment would be £98 for call out and identifying problem then would be additional payment for any parts required all sorted within ten minutes

The company attended very quickly to assess the problem and also gave the appliance a full health check, this brought up other issues that would have caused further issues over the next six to twelve months, they recommended that we have all of the works done as two of the issues with our NEFF double oven would have blown the power circuit again just like the current one, all works carried out to a very good standard by Casey.
