Efficient service. An engineer called and was able to detect the problem. However, my dishwasher was very old so Paul gave me my options – to repair the current problem (but more issues could develop because of the age of the machine). Otherwise I could consider buying a new one. He suggested the most reliable ones on the market. I appreciated his advice.
Did everything that I had hoped would happen, to fix my dishwasher. A polite engineer turned up on time, checked it all over and ordered the part, returned and fixed it. One satisfied customer.

NAC provided excellent service. A friendly and helpful receptionist gave me the relevant information and booked engineers appointment. Nick , the engineer, diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and ordered the necessary part .He returned within few days , fitted the part and problem resolved. Absolutely top marks.initially had problem with malfunctioning clock. Engineer quickly diagnosed problem and also another unseen problem with grill element. Both parts replaced speedily all within original price estimate. Cooker and customer now both happy bunnies well done truly recommend again
