Sarah – the call handler, answered promptly & was pleasant & helpful. She took note of the issue with our washing machine, offered an appointment for the next day & gave me the name of the local repairer who would ring me to arrange a time.

A first class service starting with Kate who answered the telephone and who was friendly and efficient. Dylan the engineer who called is an absolute diamond. He diagnosed the problem with no delay and even detected another fault all of which were remedied with minimal delay and fuss. No problem in recommending this company. Top marks.
