Although no fault was found it was worth the money to be reassured that all was ok with Rangemaster electrical side of things
Engineer was very polite and friendly and also explained many things that I did not know about the cooker itself
Greame the engineer was friendly and arrived exactly when he said he would. He gave me an honest assessment of the fault with my washing machine, and didnt charge me when we decided it could not be fixed. Excellent service, I would absolutely use again.

The fan oven stopped working the week before Xmas. I contacted NAC who attended the following day. The engineer was very friendly and professional and although we required a new element explained we could use the oven conventionally as there was three elements in the oven. This saved Xmas. The part was ordered and the engineer returned and replaced the element after Xmas.
