Very good service overall, maybe not the cheapest, but I’ve never been a person to believe that cheap is the main priority, quality costs money… the engineer I believe his name was Taylor was most thorough in his work, and he was quite young, mid twenties at most,a rare combination nowadays, best of luck to him

An early appointment was made, after which I had communication on line with someone/thing which assured me it was a virtual assistant -it too seemed to be efficient. Dylan arrived within the stated time. Sadly he was unable to fix our oven as Bosch, whom he contacted direct, said they no longer supplied the parts – these being tiny fixtures to hold the racks secure. At our suggestion, he then made it possible for us to continue to use the large oven at least for a temporary spell.
