Both the Engineer and Support Staff were excellent. They were helpful and explained things clearly and concisely.
They showed great expertise and it is obviously they knew thier jobs inside out. They were a great help and as a result of the advice they gave and in repairing my Cooker which is now no longer made saved me several hundred pounds in not having to purchase a new Cooker. Can’t say fairer than that!!
