From making the phone call to arrange repair and arrival of engineer everything ran smoothly. Everyone was helpful, explained everything and fixed my washing machine.

Outstanding. Easy to book an engineer with efficient automated text confirmation of date and time of appointment. He arrived on time in well equipped van. Friendly and efficient, he diagnosed the fault in our tumble dryer. He Explained the problem clearly, and went through the costs of repair vs replacement. Follow up email arrived next day with full details. Decided to replace appliance, so can’t vouch for repair service.
This call-out cost nearly £100 (quoted in advance) which I paid by card and got an immediate online receipt. Not cheap but I felt provided a fast and professional service from a well trained engineer.

Our rangemaster ovens had various problems needing repair.On Sunday evening we sent a email to NAC we received a email back from Mark who arranged to come round next morning. Mark mended both ovens, ordered three new oven knobs and a new oven handle. We were very pleased with the excellent service and would recommend them. We would definitely use them again.
