Easy to book the appointment. The office staff were very friendly and polite. The engineer attended on time and got to work once we told him of our problem. He checked the dishwasher thoroughly and confirmed that it was the soap product which was not suitable. Tried the dishwasher after he left and it worked fine.
Booking is easy, with reminders of appointment. Engineer was on time, quick, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately our freezer was a write-off, too expensive to mend economically, but that’s life!
