We had an issue with the washing machine not taking the softener and had tried all of the usual remedies with no effect. Booked NAC on their website, had a call to get more details and confirm the appointment, the engineer arrived on time on the day and phoned prior to arrival. When he arrived he walked us through what the issue was and how it could be fixed. He sorted the issue, showed us how to prevent it reoccurring and gave us a recommendation for a machine cleaner that would help if used monthly. Overall it was a great experience with a friendly and knowledgable engineer. Would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
