The engineer was friendly and told us what was wrong with the appliance. It did take a week for the part to arrive and the engineer to come back, but that’s not NAC’s fault. He mended it efficiently and hopefully it won’t break down again.
Engineer was great, very helpful and knowledgeable and did everything needed to get me up and running as well as give me a couple of tips to help prevent future problems. Highly recommended. Back office e administration was also very good. My appliance repair was scheduled for the following day and a shorter slot was provided the night before, everything ran smoothly.

From the moment to calling the number to closing the door behind the engineer the whole experience was faultless! The advisor on the phone was clear speaking, friendly but professional. Once the appointment was made, within 2 days which suited me perfectly, I was sent a text with a contact number and name of the engineer, this was followed by a call to ensure contact had been made and that I was happy. This was followed by another text confirming a rough time the engineer would arrive. He was on time and again, friendly but professional. The problem on the cooker was sorted successfully. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend on the experience I had. 👍
