Very happy with the service. They first offered me an appointment in 2 days but when I said I wasn’t available they found me one the next day. It was £6 more for the call out fee but they were clear about this. The person they spent out to do the fix was quick and friendly. He fixed the issue and the additional charge for the part was very reasonable. I’d definitely use NAC again.

Quick appointment, engineer knew exactly what he was doing and had the washing machine insides exposed in minutes and also diagnosed the problem in minutes. Also had the spare part on the van.

My AEG double oven required new hinges to fix the lower door which wasn’t closing properly. Unfortunately, these parts aren’t longer available but the engineer David Ling was very helpful and assured me that if and when I’m ready for a new oven, he will fit it and dispose of the old one for me
The technician arrived promptly diagnosed the problem accuratley and ordered the relevant part. The return visit was equally as successful and we now hope that the Freezer is more reliable with its temperature…
