Spoke with Maria to arrange a call out to assess my fridge freezer as it is leeking, Maria was very helpful and an appointment to assess the freezer was arranged. She informed me a £90 call out charge was to be paid via card. Maria was very helpful .

Although NAC’s website says that an engineer will attend today or the next day, this is of course entirely dependent on their workload and location. The first washing machine engineer called by Connor on Thursday morning couldn’t come until Monday morning, so I asked if he could find another with better availability, and luckily someone could attend on the way from a previous job to his next one. The cheerful and rather competent Phil determined that the Rinse problem was due to dirty carbon brushes, and advised that there was no need to pay £50-odd for replacements, since there was plenty of wear left. His honesty was much appreciated.
