A couple of days wait for an initial visit. Engineer identified a part was required which would have to be ordered. Phoned within a couple of hours to confirm actual price of the part. I confirmed go ahead. They phoned when part was received and booking made to fit. Overall one week for repair to washing machine. Very acceptable considering there must be thousands of parts for the plethora of machines. Would I use again – YES

(REAL people to talk with about the issue, in real time ! ) has been efficient and reassuring. Call out for within 2 days of making the enquiry.

My AEG hob had stopped working. Gino from NAC visited on 22nd November. Not being able to get to the bottom of the hob from underneath, he had to take it off. He was VERY careful as not to damage the worktop tiles or the hob. Sadly, a repair could not be carried out because the hob is 20 years old and spare parts are no longer available. I would definitely use this company again.
