No issues at all from the initial call to Amanda through to Jordan arriving to undertake the repair. What was particularly impressive was the constant communication from Jordon during Storm Goretti as he battled to get to us through the bad weather before successfully completing the repairs as arranged.
Daniel contacted me very quickly and visited promptly. He was very pleasant and efficient. My fridge is quite old so I thought he might condemn it. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and it is working properly. I was very impressed.

Great service from NAC. My dishwasher is getting old but it’s been a good machine. Engineer arrived on time and found the fault. Part ordered and came and fitted it a few days later. All seems to be working as it should and hopefully give us a few more years

Booking was really easy. The lady I spoke to in the Office (perhaps Becky!?) was an absolute delight. Engineer came out, immediately knew how to fix the dishwasher and sorted it out right away. I am exceptionally pleased with the whole experience! Thank you NAC!
