Requested an appointment at around 11pm and the engineer visited at 8am the following morning. He was quick to assess the issue and I then received a quote by email for the parts needed.
There was 2 weeks between the first visit and the follow up visit but that was due to parts taking a while to arrive. The second visit was as quick and efficient as the first.
Would definitely recommend and would use again.

these are people who know whats what when it comes to appliances, when arrived took notice of all that was wrong ordered the parts and notified me when they were on the way back, came when said and fixed it, they were clean and polite and my friend has noted the phone number should he need them, they are brilliant.

Hayden arrived within the time frame, phoned when he was on his way. Very polite and efficient. We contacted the company on Sunday and the visit was on Tuesday. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended. Reasonably priced too.

Yesterday was the second time I used NAC and again I was very impressed. Their engineer came out to my electric oven which had stopped getting hot. Found a falulty heating element and replaced it with a new one on the first visit. He also checked the entire appliance for any other potential faults to which there were none.
