I have a fridge/freezer. It was making weird noises, obviously I was concerned that it might break and ruin all my food. I rang NAC, nobody answered, so I rang off. Very quickly somebody rang back. They sent a technician, he arrived within 30 minutes. He gave the fridge a thorough inspection and put my mind at ease. Too service, I was very pleased.

This was my first time using NAC. They kept me informed throughout the process and arrived at the scheduled time. The service engineer diagnosed the problem within five minutes and was very polite. He even gave me the option to order the parts myself, but I preferred to have an engineer fix the issue. He ordered the part in front of me and showed me the cost. He will return to fix the issue at no extra cost just the part. Overall, I received excellent service.will use again thank you NAC
