The engineer came out and checked over my appliances and he couldn’t find any problems with it obviously I was delighted with the outcome the only downside for me was the £95 call out charge that’s was a bit expensive especially with no work done. I think £95 is too expensive but I would use the company again in the future .
The engineer was very nice and saw the problem right away. It not a fault really as I had not screwed the filter back tight enough !! A lesson to be learned !
