Online booking was quick and easy. Refcieved full information about date and time, with options to change.

They came out very quickly kept me informed of arrival.
The only criticism I had was the cost.
Fortunately I didn’t need anything doing the problem had resolved itself, so £96 for nothing was a bit steep for 10 minutes. I appreciate I wouldn’t have had to pay more if it had been a long job but maybe some discretion could be used.

The man still came late afternoon on Christmas eve!! thought he wouldn’t come now, everything seemed alright, so very grateful, machine has been all right since, still pleased he came.

Great service. The engineer turned up on time, he was courteous and efficient and fixed my dishwasher and my fridge freezer in under 2 hours. I have no hesitation in recommending NAC and would certainly use them again.

I’m extremely pleased with the speed of call out and efficient service. A part was needed to be ordered, but he was back a week later to complete the job very quickly.
