Having had two previous oven repairers in, who made a big deal out of the situation and didn’t get anywhere, I called NAC in. The repair man was positive, polite and very competent. He was the only one that pulled the oven out and and diagnosed the problem. Had the parts in the van and oven fixed within an hour. I’d definitely use them again!

The engineer who carried our the repair to our cooker was very pleasant,knowledgeable ,very very tidy , he let us know when he would arrive & was on time,the price to fix the issue was very competitive, he diagnosed the issue & promptly fixed it, the company itself kept us informed of where we would be in getting the engineer out, top marks to both the company but special thanks to the engineer thank you all so much, if any thing else goes wrong we will be calling them again.
