I cannot recommed this company enough.They really helped me out ,they came out the same day following an 8.30am call I had being let down badly by another company.Becky was so helpful.
Alex attended looked at my broken dishwasher,he was very knowledgable and promptly diagnosed the issue.A part was ordered.He re-attended and fixed the problem ..job done! Prices are very reasonable.I would have no hesitation in using this firm again.Thanks Becky and Alex for a great service.

Was easy to book and was kept informed on date would be out to look at fridge freezer ( xmas eve )found the problem but unfortunately was unable to be fixed due to no parts available but was kept informed at all time while they did a search for part ..thanks for trying guys ..most reasonable price for call out .

Engineer arrived on time and carried out the repair without any issues or fuss. He was clear in his explanation about the problem, how things had gone wrong and how it needed to be rectified. From booking the repair to receiving my email receipt, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company and would use them again with no hesitation

Thank you for attending our home at short notice (48 hour turnaround from contacting and washing machine/dryer fixed). James was thorough with his approach and although he quickly worked out the problem, he continued to check our device and the earth continuity of the appliance too. He arrived at our requested time – we had been given a 5 hour window but I then requested an early slot and this was accommodated. He was mindful of our neighbours and parked carefully and cleaned up as he completed the mend and afterwards. James was both swift and thoughtful and gave us some future tips to keep our appliance in its best condition. Thanks again: would highly recommend.
