Phone answered pretty quickly

Yvonne was very clear and professional. She sounded like she was very keen to help (and of course get the business) and Promised to get an engineer out the next day. She volunteered her name as the contact point if I wish to get back in touch again. All in all she has a very good telephone manner and is a good front face of the company.

The visit to repair our dishwasher was prompt and very easy to organise and the engineer explained in detail what the problem was and what the cost would be. The office staff kept in contact and I would highly recommend NAC if you need a Kitchen appliance repair.

Really helpful and able to get booked in quite quickly

Having spent two weeks calling other domestic electrical appliance shops/services no one returned my call despite calling many of these businesses more than twice. Initially apprehensive about doing this online however followed the simple step-by-step process to know more than a couple of minutes and got a message within an hour and an engineer had arranged a visit sooner than anticipated. Diagnose the problem came back fitted the part couldn’t be happier. No additional fees set price apart from the part that needed replacing. Engineer Phil was pleasant polite and knowledgeable and would be more than happy to recommend him and his service again.

I received an excellent service from the company. Within two hours the engineer was available to repair my oven and replace the element. There were no hidden costs as I was told at the outset what the call out charges were.
