Using this company was a pleasure. I rang on the morning and was able to have an engineer call that day . I was very happy with the lady who booked my appointment , the lady I spoke to later in the day to check progress and also Luke the engineer who repaired the fridge. Find the very nice gentleman arrived on time, told me what was wrong with my oven. Had one part in his van and the other two parts were ordered and the final repair was done between Xmas and new year. I wasn’t left without an oven during the Christmas period and was able to cook the festive food. NAC gentleman was throughly professional, came the time he said he would. There were no hidden costs and all costs were agreed before the repair. I can highly recommend this Company and have no hesitation in doing so. Thank you NAC.
